The space
Ocean Point is a new apartment block in Woolacombe positioned in a great spot on Sandy Lane commanding stunning views out to Woolacombe Bay and Baggy Point – only 2 minutes walk to the beach and village centre. Once you are parked in the allocated space you really won’t need the car again.
The architect designed building comprises of 12 duplex apartments with the living space upstairs in No. 11 to make the most of the wonderful views from all aspects of the living space. There is a southwest facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. Parking is easy with an allocated parking space in the underground car park and a lift to the apartment from there. We have just installed EV chargers PAYG Pod Point in the allocated parking space for our guests sole use. You just need to download the Pod Point App and pay as you use it. In addition there is a communal surfboard and wet suit store.
We have furnished the apartment to a high specification for guest comfort including a QLED TV with access to FreeSat, Netflix, Apple TV and Prime Video plus Sonos integrated with Alexa in most rooms. High Speed broadband is supplied by BT Infinity 2 with speeds upto 80Mbps. We have recently installed Nest thermostats to ensure it is always warm for your arrival in the winter months.
To add to your holiday comfort we have furnished the bedrooms with luxury beds; a kingsize Vi-Spring bed in the master bedroom and Hypnos beds which can be made up as a king or 2 singles in the second bedroom. The main bathroom and ensuite bathroom both have good showers. Both bedrooms have newly fitted black out curtains for your sleeping comfort.
We provide bed linen, bath/hand towels but not beach towels.
Please note – There is a 2m height restriction to the underground car park entrance. This is fine for almost all cars and SUV’s but guests need to be aware that high roof racks and roof boxes may need to be unloaded prior to entering the car park.
