Sea Ridge is a detached, spacious home by the sea in Ilfracombe, North Devon. It is a large, three-bedroom house with views of picturesque Ilfracombe Harbour, including Damien Hirst’s famous ‘Verity’ statue and of the beautiful North Devon coastline. It is just five minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants in Ilfracombe’s High Street, and five minutes walk down atmospheric pathways to the harbourside and beach. There’s parking for two cars. Regular bus service past the house.

The space

Sea Ridge is a beautiful and very spacious home, completely private in its own gardens with stunning sea views, yet only 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the Harbour. It offers comfortable, relaxing and beautiful space from which to explore Ilfracombe and the surrounding area – or a place to sit and watch the ever-varying views of the sea and town. We have designed the space so that it is equally comfortable for couples, families or mixed groups. There are two large, modern bathrooms and three good-sized bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a very big, open plan kitchen / dining room which is perfect for relaxing, preparing meals and socialising. There is also a large sitting room with a feature bay window that has marvellous views of the sea, coastline, harbour and town. The house benefits from a powerful central heating system and double glazing so it is warm and comfortable for relaxing breaks all year round.
